- 3. Start Playing! – Get your instrument delivered to school and begin your child’s musical journey.
- If you sign up over the summer, we will deliver your instrument to the school on a date scheduled by the teacher. You may not get your instrument until the first lesson, but we will adjust your first due date accordingly!

Frequently Asked Questions
What if my child damages the instrument?
Accidents happen! Our rental program covers damage, so just call or text us and we’ll get a working instrument to your child ASAP.
For extensive damage that may not be covered, our repair shop will do an assessment and we will notify the renter when completed. During that time, we will get your child a loaner so they don’t miss any class.
How do I end the rental?
The rental stays active until the instrument is returned to our store. You can schedule a school pickup by calling/texting us or drop it off at the store anytime—just don’t leave it at school without notifying us!
How does the trial period work?
Your 4-month trial starts when you receive the instrument and is covered by your initial payment. Monthly payments don’t begin until month 5, and protection is included during the trial period.
Can I switch instruments if my child doesn’t like the one we rented?
Yes! You can exchange the instrument anytime during the rental. (We suggest checking with the band teacher first). Call or text us to arrange a pickup, or drop it off at the store anytime.
Is this a rent-to-own instrument?
We offer two types of rentals:
🎵 Like-New Rental (Rent-to-Purchase) – A budget-friendly option where 100% of your payments (minus tax) up to 36 months go toward purchasing a new instrument.
🎵 New Rental (Rent-to-Own) – A never-used instrument that you own once all payments are made. (or you can use your payments up to 36 months to upgrade your purchase)
What if I don’t see my school listed when I go to rent?
If your school isn’t listed, we may not service it regularly. Call/text us or you may need to visit our store to rent and pick up your instrument.
