This class series continues the popular “You Can Uke!” Workshop and dives deeper into essential ukulele skills including chord fingerings, reading chord diagrams, chord progressions, and basic music theory. Students will also be introduced to tablature, one of the primary ways to read ukulele music.

Participants will learn how chords work together in songs and songwriting while building confidence playing alongside others. Throughout the course, the group will play accompaniments to pop songs as well as duets and trios featuring a variety of musical styles.

Whether you’re brand new to the instrument or looking to build on your foundational skills, Ukulele 101 offers a supportive and engaging environment to grow as a musician.
