About the Role
Brighton Music Center is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental & Office Coordinator. This position supports both the front-of-house customer experience and back-office processes that keep our rental and school service programs running smoothly.
You’ll manage rental accounts, track orders, assist customers via phone and text, and support daily store operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a musical environment, balancing administrative work with customer interaction.

About the Role
Brighton Music Center is expanding our education team! We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and music-savvy Educational Representative to build and maintain relationships with school music programs across Western Pennsylvania.
Our Educational Representatives (also known as Road Representatives) are the bridge between our stores and the local music education community – helping teachers, students, and families access instruments, repairs, and the resources they need to keep music thriving.
Schedule
- Part-time/Full-Time Availability
- Weekdays – morning thru afternoon, variable
- 15 – 25 hours/week

What You’ll Do
- Visit schools weekly to deliver and pick up rental instruments, repairs, and supplies.
- Serve as the main point of contact between music educators and the Brighton Music Center team.
- Coordinate communication on bids, orders, and special requests with school directors and BMC’s account managers.
- Attend and represent BMC at beginning band/orchestra parent meetings and instrument fittings, helping students find their first instrument and start their musical journey.
- Support educators by being a music education advocate — connecting them with resources, clinicians, and industry programs.
- Build lasting relationships with teachers, schools, and districts to strengthen BMC’s presence in the educational community.
